After looking at low and high price point Subscription as a Service options, let's look at what it would take to create a 1 million ARR business offering a middle-of-the-line price point subscription.
The middle is pretty broad.
I'll analyze 3 different levels on the lower end of the middle because these three levels support similar offerings.
👉 The higher the monthly subscription cost, the more value you need to provide.
Also, put yourself into your potential customer's shoes.
What is in it for me?
If "what is in it for me" (the subscriber), is the same others are offering, it may not be enough!
